Instructions: Below is an example of the Text Ad Exchange block, based on the settings
below. Modify the settings and hit "redraw", to get the Text Ad block
the way you want it. When you are satisfied, copy the HTML from the
large field at the bottom of the screen onto the web page where you want the
ads to show.
